Granting Financial Authority (GFA) has exposed terminated faculty and staff that are still Account Executives, PIs, or liaisons on active Activities or Projects. In an effort to help make the necessary corrections, we have created some new reports for departments to identify them in the ACTIVITY REPTS and GRANTS/CONTRACT folders within the Financial Information Library.
Activities:
- Termed Acct Execs by Org rollup—lists all of the terminated Account Executives with a count of their active Activities.
- Termed Acct Exec Actvty Detail—companion detail report that shows a list of all of a terminated Account Executive’s active Activities.
- Termed Liaisons by Org rollup—lists all of the terminated Liaisons with a count of their active Activities.
- Termed Liaison Activity Detail—companion detail report that shows a list of all of a terminated Liaison’s active Activities.
Projects:
- Termed PI, AE by Org rollup—lists all of the terminated PIs and/or Account Executives with a count of their active Projects.
- Termed PI, AE Project Detail—companion detail report that shows a list of all of a terminated PI’s or Account Executive’s active Projects.
- Termed Liaisons by Org rollup—lists all of the terminated Liaisons with a count of their active Projects.
- Termed Liaison Project Detail—companion detail report that shows a list of all of a terminated Liaison’s active Projects.
