  • Developing specifications for new financial software
  • Providing timely custom reports for University Management
  • Facilitating the priority process for financial applications’ enhancements
  • Meeting with the monthly Business Process Advisory Group (BPAG) to obtain campus feedback
  • Interfacing with users and software developers to provide better testing and problem solutions
