All Management Reports  (including Projects and Activities) are now available electronically to campus departments. The November 2012 Monthly Activity and Project Statements were the last hard copy reports distributed by Central Administration. After each Accounting Month is closed, departments will be able to use the Evidence of Review (EOR) application to request a PDF copy of the Management Reports. Features of the Electronic Management Report include:

  • Management Report features:
    • Projects now include Budget Categories.
    • Create PDF of current page or PDF bundle for Account Executive.
    • Links to access EOR
  • EOR features:
    • Organized by Account Executive for Activities or Projects.
    • One-line high level overview of each Activity or Project.
      • Downloadable to Excel.
    • Electronically provide “Evidence of Review’ for each selected Activity or Project.
    • Create a PDF to print to provide “Evidence of Review’ for each selected Activity or Project with a signature.
    • Create a PDF “bundle” of Management Reports.
    • Accessible from Management Reports, Project Lookup, Activity Lookup or the FBS pagelet.
  • Bundled PDF:
    • Organized by Account Executive for Activities or Projects.
    • Emailed to user logged in to CIS
    • Can be electronically annotated using Adobe Reader or Professional

Reviewing Management Reports

University regulations (3-003) require that Management Reports be reviewed monthly. Regulations (3-006) also state that the “evidence of review” can be electronic. Evidence can be provided by:

  • Use EOR and click on the “Mark Reviewed” button.
  • Use EOR and click on the “Indicate Review PDF” button. Print and sign the generated PDF.
  • Printing the pdf version of the Management Report and signing it.
