Change your mailing address:

Current Employees

  • Go to: Campus Information System
  • Sign in Click on the Employee tab
  • Click on your Mailing Address under Employee Profile
  • Click on Add Address, and enter new address
  • Click on Add and the address has been changed

Former Employees

If you are a former employee, and no longer have access to the employee PeopleSoft portal, fax a signed request to (801) 581-7417, or send an email to Ryan Smith.
