Do you want your W-2 faster?

Employees can elect to receive their W-2 electronically!!  This has several advantages:

  1. Employees will be able to access the W-2 several days earlier, because they will not have to wait for it to be delivered in the mail.
  2. Employee’s sensitive personal information will not be sent through the mail.
  3. Green – natural resources are saved by not printing and mailing W-2 forms.
  4. Budget Savings – In these tight budgetary times, this will have a positive impact on the budget of the University.
  5. Employee W-2’s are available online back to 1999.
  6. Employees may still print the PDF if a printed copy is desired.

Employees should sign up to take advantage of this opportunity. To sign up:

  1. Login to CIS (Campus Information Services)
  2. In the search box, enter “Payroll, Taxes, and Salary”.
  3. Click the dropdown on “W-2/W-2c”  select “W-2/W-2c Consent” and you will have the option to select to receive your W-2 electronically.

You also have the ability to view your W-2 electronically year round. Your W-2 forms back to 1999 are now available to see at any time. To view your W-2:

  1. Login to CIS (Campus Information Services)
  2. In the search box, enter “W-2”.
  3. Click “Electronic W-2 Forms” tile and you will have the option to select to receive your W-2 electronically.
