- Includes all Projects for given Org ID with attributes Description, PI, Agency Name, Funding End Date, and Status
- Results in Org, Fund, Activity/Project order
Use:
- Inputs—required fields denoted by an asterisk (*):
- *OrgID
- OrgID Rollup (select “Yes” to include all Orgs that rollup to the specified Org)
- *Period Ending (e.g. 1 = July)
- *Fiscal Year Ending
- Include Inactive Activities (Yes/No)
- Include Inactive Projects (Yes/No)
- AE or PI (Responsible Person) EMPLID (leave blank to return all AE/PI’s)
- Activity/Proj (leave blank to return all Activities and Projects)
Security Authorization:
- Access is restricted to users with Management Report Security to the specified Org.
- Reports in the Financial Information Library SECURITY folder generate lists of users security authorization.
