• Description: Project Yearly Budget Change by Org

Description:

• Displays Project budgets going back five Fiscal Years from Current Fiscal Year entered
• Will not return Projects with a Funding End Date in a Fiscal Year more than five years back
• Ability to choose by Org or single Project
• Summed budget for current year
• Summed budget changes for each other year
• Column results include:
  • Org ID
  • Project ID
  • Project description
  • Project Status
  • PI Name
  • Account Executive
  • Project start date
  • Funding end date

Use:

• Inputs—required fields denoted by an asterisk (*):
  • *OrgID
  • OrgID Rollup (select “Yes” to include all Orgs that rollup to the specified Org)
  • *Current Fiscal Year
  • Project ID (blank for ALL)
  • Exclude Inactive Projects?
  • Suppress zero changes? (select “Yes” to filter out Projects that had no budget changes over the 5 years displayed)

Security Authorization:

• Access is restricted to users with Management Report Security to the specified Org.
• Reports in the Financial Information Library SECURITY folder generate lists of users security authorization.
• To request access, use the Financial Web Management Reports Security Authorization form. Various levels of access can be requested. To understand how to request the appropriate security, please refer to the Financial Security Overview and Instructions before completing the form.
