By clicking on the link shown below, a new Teams message will be created between you and the UShop team and one of us will be able to help you in real time. We continue to offer help desk support via phone (5-CALL) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org), but now have added this additional option.
Note: This option appears on the Shopping V3 dashboard and you may need to set your dashboard to Shopping V3 in order to see this option. If you are not currently set to see Shopping V3, you can select it from the list of available dashboards listed below where your currently assigned dashboard is listed.
