JAGGAER Indirect – USHOP Production Outage Resolved

The UShop issues encountered yesterday resurfaced earlier today, but presently they have subsided and we have observed the application operating more normally. The software vendor continues to work toward a resolution and we will keep you posted as we hear more. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
