Departments are encouraged to use the following university-wide contract for charter bus service needs. In addition to contracted pricing, the supplier meets safety and insurance regulations. A variety of bus sizes/capacities are available, as well as out-of-state charters. Doing business with this contracted supplier does not require any additional bid process. The requesting department may simply contact the supplier to determine pricing and availability and submit a UShop requisition detailing the estimated dollar amount and scope of work.
