Please be aware of the following system problem:

Emails sent from Christopherson Travel ( are sporadically failing at the University email server.  UIT is currently working on the problem, and we hope to have a resolution soon.

If you feel you should have received an email from our agents regarding a Step 1, On Hold Reservation (Step 2) or confirmed ticket (Step 3), please contact the travel agents using the our Ask Us form.
