Fix Known Issue with Firefox and Travel Web Application

Firefox has recently implemented an update that changes the way your browser views PDF documents.  If you would like to use Firefox to access the Travel web application (TTWeb) please follow the instructions below so your forms and reports are viewable from your browser window:

For Windows/PC Users:

  1. Click Tools/Options
  2. Click the Applications button at the top
  3. Scroll down until you see “Adobe Acrobat Forms” or “Portable Document Format (PDF) in the left column and “Preview in Firefox” in the right column
  4. Change “Preview in Firefox” to:
    • Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox), or
    • Use Adobe Reader (default).
  5. Click OK, then refresh the page.

For Mac Users:

  1. Click Firefox tab at the top of your screen
  2. Click Preferences
  3. Click the Applications button at the top
  4. Scroll down until you see the “Portable Document Format (PDF) in the left column and “Preview in Firefox” in the right column
  5. Change “Preview in Firefox” to, one of:
    • Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox),
    • Use Adobe Reader (default), or
    • Use Preview (default).
  6. Close the Applications window, and refresh the page
