Effective November 7, 2011, Diners Club corporate credit cards will be issued by BMO Harris instead of Citibank. This change will require new re-branded cards to be sent to all our card members. We don’t believe the changes will impact our card members outside of the following reminders.
Card members should be prepared for the following changes:
- New plastic cards issued between now and March 2012
- Online account services will prompt for users to change password the first time they use the service after November 7
The following will not change:
- Credit card numbers
- Customer Service phone number (1-800-2DINERS)
- Online bill payment and account services
