Unused Airfare Ticket Credit (MCO):

Discussion: If a traveler does not use a portion or all of an airline ticket, a partial value of the ticket may be recovered. Airline companies vary in the way that they administer programs for refunds or exchanges, so you will need the help and advice of the agent who booked the ticket to apply unused value. Unused tickets should be rebooked within 6 months of the original booking date to avoid forfeiting the net value of the ticket.

FS TipOur OnSite Travel Agents have the most flexibility in minimizing the cost of unused tickets. When we book tickets for your department, travelers may choose a refundable State Contracted ticket when changes are probable.

Our OnSite Agents may also be able to transfer the net value of unused tickets (after exchange transaction and change penalty) to another traveler.
