{"id":76,"date":"2018-02-05T14:36:08","date_gmt":"2018-02-05T21:36:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fbs.admin.utah.edu\/epayment-request\/?p=76"},"modified":"2020-05-18T12:23:48","modified_gmt":"2020-05-18T18:23:48","slug":"new-in-epr-february-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fbs.admin.utah.edu\/epayment-request\/news\/2018\/02\/05\/new-in-epr-february-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"New in ePR&#8230; February 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/fbs.admin.utah.edu\/download\/p2p\/heard-u-3.png\" width=\"150\" height=\"168\">We are pleased to announce the following enhancements to ePR:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Approval notification emails<\/strong> are now labeled with &#8220;ACTION REQUIRED.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ended Projects<\/strong> &#8211; Preparers are now able to submit ePR requests during the time period past the end date and prior to the closed date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>NUDGE<\/strong> and <strong>EMAIL SUMMARY<\/strong> are now functions available to those with Viewer role. Viewers are typically those that have Web Management Report Access.<\/li>\n<li>We have made it more clear what request type abbreviations mean.
