Travel Services typically processes reimbursements within 3 business days, but due to high volume, reimbursements are currently being processed within 5 business days.
Here are some things that Travel Planners and Travelers can do to help speed up the reimbursement process:
- Conference Brochure – Must contain name of conference, conference dates and conference location.
- NO Double Sided Documents – Travel scans documents into Management Reports and system does not scan two sides
- Tape Down Receipts (No Staples)
