Change your mailing address:
Current Employees
- Go to: Campus Information System
- Sign in Click on the Employee tab
- Click on your Mailing Address under Employee Profile
- Click on Add Address, and enter new address
- Click on Add and the address has been changed
Former Employees
If you are a former employee, and no longer have access to the employee PeopleSoft portal, fax a signed request to (801) 581-7417, or send an email to Debra Ginnett.
