1. What if what I ordered is broken?
If the item comes from receiving call Alexis Hardy at (801) 581-8992 as soon as possible for further instructions. If you receive the item direct from the supplier don’t accept it. If you have already accepted the item, then call Alexis Hardy at (801) 581-8992
2. What if what I ordered isn’t correct?
You should contact the supplier and let them know if it was your mistake or if it was shipped incorrectly. Find out what is required to return the item. Fill out the Return Form online and submit. The assistant buyer will take care of the rest.
