Diners Club Corporate Credit Cards

General Information

Diners cards are branded with both the Diners logo and the MasterCard logo, and are accepted at all locations that accept either. These cards will be personal credit cards. Bills should be sent to the employee’s home address, and balances will be the sole responsibility of the employee. The employee will only be reimbursed for business related expenses.

Car Rentals should be paid for using the Diners Club Card.

Diners Cards that become 75 days delinquent will be suspended.

45 day billing cycle (rather than a typical 28 day billing cycle)

Diners Application Process:

The Diners Application process should be completed over email, and in order to ensure the safety of the personal information, please follow these directions.

Step 1: Open .pdf Diners Application:

Step 2: Provide your personal information on the form in the section for “Employee Information”

Provide only the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.  Our office will add your complete SSN and send application over secured site.

Club Rewards cost of $75 is an employee expense, it will not be reimbursed to the cardholder.  The Rewards program is described on page 3 of the application.

Step 3: Save the .pdf form locally on your computer, naming it:
DinersApp_[YourName]_[YourEmployeeID].pdf

Step 4: attach the pdf application in an email to Kori Dehaan

Once we submit your application, you should receive your card within 4 - 6 weeks at your home address.
